Can I still order over the phone?

Telephone orders are not available currently. We will do our best to field telephone enquiries during this period though.

Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order online either for click and collect or delivery as normal at www.brigstocksawmill.co.uk.

When will my order arrive?

We are aiming to keep to all of our delivery times, however, please bear in mind that your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual.

Our current delivery timescales are as follows:

  • Local delivery (within 40 miles of NN14 3HP) – Up to 10 working days
  • Nationwide delivery (UK Mainland only) – Up to 20 working days

Please be aware that these are estimated and dependent on Government guidelines going forward.

You will be called 24 hours prior to your delivery, to let you know when we are on our way and to give you an estimated time of arrival.

Can I still receive deliveries if I’m self-isolating?

Yes, you can still receive your delivery. Our deliveries are dropped to your kerbside, therefore no contact with our driver is required.

Are your Trade Counters still open?

Due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), sadly our trade counters are now temporarily closed. However, you can still shop with us online as normal as well as taking advantage of our Click and Collect facility.

When will your Trade Counters reopen?

This is a rapidly changing situation and we will continue to follow the advice of the Government and Public Health England. We will keep you updated.

Can I Click and Collect my order?

Yes, we’re now offering a Click and Collect service. You will have the option upon checkout, where you will be able to select the Click and Collect option.

When and where can I collect my order?

We will call you when your order is ready for collection and to mutually agree a time and date for you to come to site. Click and Collect orders are available to collect in approximately 1-2 working days, unless otherwise advised. Our collection location is Brigstock Sawmill, Sudborough Road, Brigstock, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN14 3HP. Please drive up to our gate, where you will be let onto site. We ask that you remain in your vehicle at all times, unless otherwise instructed, this is to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
