Can I still order over the phone?

Until further notice, Brigstock Sawmill will be taking online orders via our websites only.

You can still order online 24/7 as usual, you may still contact us by phone for an order enquiry.

When will my order arrive?

We are aiming to keep to all of our delivery times; however, please bear in mind that your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual. Our current delivery timescales are as follows:

Local delivery (within 10 miles of NN14 3HP) – Up to 5 working days
Nationwide delivery (UK Mainland only) – Up to 10 working days

Please be aware that these are estimated and dependent on Government guidelines as we advance and the availability of stock. You will be called 24 hours before your delivery, to let you know when we are on our way and to give you an estimated time of arrival. If you are concerned, please contact our Customer Service Team via our social channels, webchat service or at sales@brigstocksawmill.co.uk, however, please note that due to us following the social distancing guidelines, we may take longer than usual to get back to you.

Are your Trade Counters still open?

Yes, our Trade Counters are still open. As per the Governments guidelines, we request that when entering our sites, you wear a mask and keep 2m apart from any other person on-site to help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID19).

Are you able to collect your order?

Yes, you are able to collect your order. All customers looking to collect will be notified before arrival that their order is complete and ready to collect.
